The Pioneer is a very overstable fairway driver built for reliability when the wind is in your face. Its flat top makes it a good choice for forehand (sidearm) shots, and with a good amount of speed and a strong, early fade it handles headwinds, hard hyzers and shots that must finish predictably. It is a dependable utility fairway driver for controlled hyzers, forehands and wind.
