We dispatch orders from our Werribee South warehouse in Victoria, primarily through Australia Post. Large or bulk orders, including disc golf baskets, may travel by courier. Shipping costs are based on order weight.

Ordering several discs together can help reduce the shipping cost per disc.
Disc golf baskets and orders over 20kg require a separate freight quote. Email orders@flyingdiscstore.com.au for pricing.
We cannot ship to some countries. If delivery is unavailable for your destination, no shipping options will appear at checkout.
International Delivery Times
Allow approximately 10 business days for international delivery. Timing can vary considerably depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Some international orders may require additional identification before processing, which can delay dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your country may charge customs duties, GST, VAT or other local taxes. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Check with your local customs office before ordering to understand any additional costs or import requirements. Failure to meet local requirements may result in delays, confiscation or other penalties.

We aim to process orders promptly. Occasionally, unexpected demand or supply issues may affect stock availability.
If your order is delayed before dispatch, we’ll contact you to explain the reason.
