Flying Disc Store dispatches orders from our Werribee South warehouse via Australia Post. Bulk or large orders, including disc golf baskets, may be shipped via a courier. Shipping costs are determined by weight.

We try to process orders as they come in. All orders should include a daytime delivery address and complete contact details.

International shipping

The Flying Disc Store ships internationally to most countries. Delivery of these orders is dependent on overseas postal services. We will provide as much assistance as possible in tracking misdirected items, but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

Standard delivery time for all international orders is approximately 10 business days, but this can vary widely depending on the speed of customs and postal services in your country.

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to The Flying Disc Store may affect delivery times. The Flying Disc Store reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Customs and international duty

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Any additional charge must be paid by the recipient.

Customs duties are a tax imposed on goods transported across international borders. Separately, some countries apply value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) or sales tax, usually calculated as a percentage of the value of the goods including shipping.

To avoid surprises, check with your local customs office before ordering to find out what duties and taxes may apply. Complying with local customs regulations matters — non-compliance can result in delays, confiscation of the order, or other penalties.

Delivery delays

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Tracking and missing orders

You can track your order any time from your account.

We place a high importance on sending out products promptly. If your order has gone missing in transit, this is out of our control. Please check your tracking number first, then contact us. In most cases you will need to raise the issue with the postage or shipping provider, as we do not accept responsibility for missing orders — but we will always do our best to help.
