How it works

1. Send us your list. Use the form below, or email orders@flyingdiscstore.com.au with the products and quantities you need. If you're not sure what to order, tell us the age group, group size and what you're trying to run — we'll put a list together.
2. We send a formal quote. Itemised, with freight, GST and lead times shown separately. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. You raise a purchase order. Send the PO through to the same address, quoting the reference on our quote.
4. We dispatch and invoice. Goods ship from our Werribee South warehouse. The tax invoice follows with payment terms as agreed.

What we need on a purchase order

• Your organisation's full legal name and ABN
• Billing address and delivery address, if different
• PO number
• Contact name, email and phone for the person receiving the goods
• Our quote reference

Payment terms

We accept purchase orders and invoice on terms. Terms are confirmed in writing when we set your account up — tell us what your school, club or council requires and we'll work to it.

Freight and lead times

Bulk and heavy items such as disc golf baskets are quoted separately — freight for those depends on destination, access and how many units are going. We'll show it as a line on the quote rather than burying it in the unit price.

Anything we hold here in Werribee South ships as fast as orders come in, usually the same day. If a line has to come from the manufacturers overseas it's a different timeline, normally 1 to 3 weeks. We'll tell you which one you're looking at before you commit, not after.

If something needs to land by a specific date — start of term, a carnival, an open day — tell us the date up front and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
