Disc golf is certainly considered a green sport, as the negative impact it has on the land around it is virtually non-existent.
It seems that every sport or club around the world, no matter what the activity might be, tends to bring its own lingo to the table. If you’re an established part of the group then you know what others are saying, but imagine the confusion of hearing “disc golf-rich” if you’re not well-versed in the disc golf community.
Instead of sweating your brains out and engaging in exercises that push you to your limits, consider using disc golf to start your own fitness journey. The great thing about this sport is that anyone can play, so even if you have some weight to lose or are recovering from a serious injury, you can reap major benefits.
