Questions we get asked
How many baskets do I need for a course?
Nine is the standard short course, eighteen for a full one. Most schools start with three and add over time. Tell us the space and we will lay it out for you.
Portable or permanent - which do I want?
Portable if it moves, gets packed away, or shares a space with other sports. Permanent if it is going in the ground and staying. The RAD EAGLE does both, which is why clubs tend to land on it.
Do you invoice schools and councils?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and invoice on terms. Send through a PO or ask for a quote and we will turn it around within one business day.
How long do custom disc orders take?
Custom discs ship from the manufacturers in Europe or the United States and usually land in 1 to 3 weeks. Sometimes longer - production runs and international freight are both unpredictable, and we would rather tell you that than promise a date we cannot hold. Baskets and bags are in stock here in Werribee South and ship as soon as the order is confirmed.
What does freight cost on a basket?
Baskets ship on their own freight profile, Australia-wide. Six or more baskets, or anything over 250 kg, needs a quote - the cart will tell you and point you at the enquiry form.
Can I add discs to a basket order?
You can, but a basket and a disc bill two separate freight legs. If you are ordering both, ask for a combined quote and we will do better than the cart will.
How long does assembly take?
The Birdie Lite and the Roadie go together in under ten minutes with no tools. The EAGLE and the Ace V2 need a base or a pole set in the ground - we send the spec with the order.
