Australian Shipping

The Flying Disc Store sends most orders (other than Disc Golf baskets) via Australia Post.  Shipping costs are determined by weight.  Please find guidelines for pricing and Australia Post's standard delivery on their website.

Please note this is just a guideline and delivery time is not guaranteed. Days refers to business days (Monday - Friday) from date package is posted.  All orders received after 10am Australian Western Standard Time (UTC +8) will be processed and despatched to Australia Post as quickly as possible.  Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. All orders should include a daytime delivery address and complete contact details.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Missing Order

We place a high importance on sending out products within 24 hours of you placing your order. We do note we only ship 3 days a week unless during or close to Holidays where we try and ship each day. 

If your order has gone missing in transit, this is out of our control. Please refer to the below link to Auspost. 

Contact us after you have first checked your tracking numbers. In most cases you will need to raise the issue with the postage/shipping provider as we do not accept any responsibility for missing orders, but we will always do our best to help you with these unfortunate circumstances.
