The NEW and IMPROVED Eagle has landed!! The updated RAD Eagle has been transformed in to a fully galvanised, outdoor disc golf basket.
The Eagle now boasts 30 hot dipped galvanised chains (12 outer, 12 middle and 6 inner) which to two independent chain rings. The slim lined 50mm band is galvanised and then powder coated in hi-vis yellow for extra visibility on the course. The cage, pole and base are all hot dip galvanised and all fixings are 304 grade stainless steel to ensure it last for years in the Australian outdoors.
Portable or Permanent- You choose!
The team at RAD have expertly designed the Eagle basket to be both a portable or permanent basket. The standard portable version includes in the one box, the specially designed two-part main pole and base. However, with the add-on Eagle Conversion Kit which includes a pole extension and installation sleeve, your Eagle can be transformed in to a permanent disc golf basket ready to install in the ground!

This seems to be a pretty solid piece of kit, easy to erect in place and is now preventing me from going nuts in lock-down. Satisfying "kerching" sound when you hit the chains. Great for anyone with a bit of garden and a few trees to bend throws around.
Great basket, only think i can fault it on is the noise, it’s very clangy, not so good with neighbours who like to complain about noise. Lite is much more portable, if you want to take your basket with you then get the lite.
